Do you store my AWS credentials?
No. We use AWS cross-account role assumption, you create a read-only IAM role in your account and share the role name with us. We assume that role to perform the scan. No credentials are ever stored.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period.
When will I receive my first report?
Your first scan runs within 48 hours of completing onboarding. Reports then arrive automatically each month.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Email us at hello@verifis.co and we'll upgrade or downgrade your plan at your next billing date.
What is the AI Security Briefing?
On Growth and Compliance plans, each executive report includes a short AI-generated section: a plain-English summary of your overall security situation, and a ranked list of three concrete actions to address this month. It is generated from your scan results and clearly labelled as AI-generated. It is advisory, your team should review it before acting.
